Men's initial HRT consultation, includes first order of medications. (labs need to be done prior to appt *PREFERRED* OR (1) f/u appt will be done prior to medication prescription (labs can be done through insurance or if not covered can do labs in office, follow up labs at 3 months then every 6mo -in office labs or thru insurance) After initial visit, monthly TRT fee is $95 a month self-pinning, all includes medication, supplies and any follow up (24/7 available access to text for any question)

Follow up Monthly membership includes medication and follow-up in a convenient monthly flat rate format. Add-ons available. ?

BHRT- estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid (labs additional $150 for initial labs, $75 f/u) we can also run thru insurance if desired

Follow up Women's BHRT visit, medication cost separate depending on needs, may send to pharmacy thru insurance for some or compounding pharmacy
